Cisco MDS 9100 error somehow VMware is involved , very confused on this error "vmwareTrapNotificationActive (Fabric Stack Root)"

I am getting an notification  from my cisco MD 9100 switch  when ever the running config is changed via the CLI ,

it alarms on my open manage via SNMP  

vmwareTrapNotificationActive (Fabric Stack Root) Source IP Addres#
    vmwareTrapNotificationActive Fabric Stack Root alert ID 45333, Source Ip Address is: <router address>

is there any way to suppress this errror ?

is it comming from VMWARE Or CISCO????

It's coming from Cisco. VMware is sending it to the outbound SNMP Trap host

so this is coming from an SMTP trap on the cisco device and then sent to VMware VCOPS and then on to HP openview ?
