Deactivate Out-Of-Office reply for BBC's messages

I have a transport rule on Exchange 2010 SP2 where incoming emails from external senders are tagged and BBCd to manager.

Unfortunately, when manager has Out Of Office set up on the mailbox ... senders are receiving it athough they haven't emailed manager.

Is there a way of disabling Out Of Office reply for BBCd emails or creating a rule which would stop it ?

Hi,

you can use Rules and Alerts, and create new rule to send OOF messages when email is sent to you, but only when your name is in TO or CC.
This way it will prevent messages to be sent when manager is BCC. This rule has to be disabled when he is in the office, same way as OOF.
