i need free software to draw the network topology via SNMP and get the pC MAC

I assume "get the pC MAC" means get the MAC addresses of all the systems connected to the network.
I assume you are just looking for a list of possible software solutions.

I assume a solution that might use more than just SNMP would still be useful.  I haven't use WhatsUpGold, but I've known several network administrators which have been very happy with what it does, and they do offer a thirty day free trial.  It might be overkill for what you need.

If you're more into the open source arena, then Zenoss might be better solution for you.  But there are several other free, or nearly free solutions out there as well.
