What is the best practise for client setting in SCCM 2012 r2?

can some one tell me is this best practice  to keep the client setting like below in sccm server? I do get my bandwidth high utilization

Client Settings Name           Agent Name                       Property Name                            Value (Minutes)          Deployed to Collection
Default Client Settings        Software Distribution          Policy Refresh Interval             5                            All Systems
Default Client Settings        Software Inventory Agent          Inventory Schedule             120                               All Systems

Policy refresh by default is 60 minutes. The best practice is to lower it if you have a specific need and then watch bandwidth. I would set it back to 60 minutes.
