spf setup problem with network solutions mail

(reason: 550 209.17.115.51 is not allowed to send mail from sunnyside4.org)

I have several people that I used to be able to email. Now their email is kicked back with the above error 550.  Every time I try it shows a different ip address . I understand I need to adjust my spf to fix this but all that I read on the subject shows adjusting the spf to one particular ip not a range that network solutions owns. Any suggestions ?

If ALL ip's you've seen flying by ALL resolve to something ENDING with myregisteredsite.com, then it's easy:

 "v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com ptr:myregisteredsite.com -all"

If not, you have to find the common ground of those IP numbers.

ex. (very crude example!)

 "v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com ip4:209.17.115.1/16 -all"

Sorry. I guess I don't have it set up right. What you described should work but I'm still getting the same kick backs. Here are my SPF records.  Perhaps I didn't add it in the right place.

* (All Others)  7200 v=spf1 a:spf.mail.sunnyside4.org -all

@ (None)  7200 v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com ptr:myregisteredsite.com -all

It should have worked. Can you try again (maybe DNS propagation took some time).
If not, can you send more IP addresses in your NDR's?
