I have a user who is having e-mails forwarded to him from another user with Outlook 2013. in the headers, the contact links are not available so the person who is getting the forwarded e-mails is not able to send to the originator. is there a setting in Exchange 2013 that would allow live e-mail contact information to flow through all conversations?

one person receives an e-mail. because he is out of office, he will forward all e-mails to guy #2. Guy #2 hits reply all and it only goes to guy #1. the person who wrote the e-mail sends it to guy#1 and guy#2 does not get the e-mail address of the originator. What I am trying to get is guy#2 to obtain the e-mail address of the originator but only sees the display name of the originator-not an d-mail address. Hope that clears it up.

I think forwarding as an attachment will fix this.. otherwise  the person that is doing the forwarding has to change their contact information so that the display name includes the email address.
