Outlook 2010 auto-complete not working at all

Environment is Exchange 2010, clients are all non-caching.

I have a single user that gets nothing when typing a name in To: or CC:, etc. I've tested the user's mailbox on a test workstation and got the same result, which makes sense since auto-complete is now part of the user's mailbox, and no longer in a local cache.

How do I go about fixing this?

Thank you.

Microsoft has a FixIt which may resolve this problem for you. see the following link:

Thanks for the suggestion, but that FixIt implies the cache file is stored locally, which it no longer is. See this thread:

I could not find a way to fix the cache, so I ended up clearing it, after which it worked properly. It was, of course, empty, but was working properly.

Clearing the cache fixed the issue. I would love to know if there is a way to actually "fix" a corrupted auto-complete cace, now that it is part of the user's mailbox.
