Cloud storage solution that will allow users to contribute but not change or delete

We would like for employees to upload files (pictures, daily logs, etc.) where other users/employees can view them.  We do not want the users that upload documents to be able to change or delete the files after they are uploaded.  At this point we will only have about five people uploading.  This will occur while the employees are in the field and not connected to our network.  Thanks for you help.

I think I found the best solution for us.  We will use Google Drive and Wappwolf Automator.  I can give users edit permission to folder1 on Google Drive, set up an automation to move files added to folder1 to folder2, and then give the same users view only permission to folder2 on Google Drive.  Thanks for the input.

"Dropbox for Business" allows user permissions to be set. That may be a good fit...but there are other providers as well who do this.

You can also try google drive or onedrive where you have control over the sharing permissions. You can set the permission to view only.

When you do choose a cloud solution make sure you can assign "add" only (without giving "edit" or "delete" permissions).

I posting the question I continued researching and found the solution.  The experts' responses, while helpful and informative, did not provide a solution.
