When user opens a Word document using Citrix Receiver on a Windows 8.1 laptop and then she clicks back to go the Citrix Main Menu, she cannot get back to the Word document nor does the &quot;Word&quot; icon show on the Task Bar. &nbsp;Is this because Citrix is running in a Windows 8 &quot;Metro&quot; app?<br />

If that is the case, not sure how that happened because it should just be running the standard Citrix Receiver from the Desktop view. &nbsp;So that when she logs into Citrix and from the main menu of Citrix, if she opens a Word document (or Outlook), those icons should show on the Task Bar. &nbsp;She states it is not.<br />

If I have her right click and go into Properties for the Taskbar and check &quot;Show Windows Store apps on the taskbar&quot;, will that solve the problem?
