Hi, Id appreciate some assistance from an Expert on a linux package issue please.

Ubuntu 14

How can I download a package lets say ssmtp as an example, and ALL its dependencies, so its a complete archive so I can take that archive and install on a offline Unbuntu machine.

Thank you.

This might work for you:
Setting up a local repository.
http://www.unixmen.com/setup-local-repository-with-debian-7/
But since the distribution is through http, the offline machine will have to have http installed for it to work properly. Either have it installed before you start doing the steps, or have a Ubuntu install DVD ready to get it from there.
