What VMware product can I get for free that will run on my win 7 laptop

it does not seem like vmware workstation is free after  30 days!!

Hi,

If your purpose is free personal home usage you can use VMWare VM Player free of charge. But if your use is for commercial purposes you'll need to use the Pro version which is not free. This is the only free version for personal home use in VMWare porduct family.

If you want to use totally Free virtualizer you can use VirtualBox. It is free and Open Source and capable of creating VM compatible Virtual Machines for easy migration.
