My OS is win 7 prof 64 bit and I have msn email account, the free account.  I also signed up with Mail.com as a paid premium account (with a completely new email name)  and i tried to add my msn email, but everytime i do that and the password, i get the response that the password is invalid, although it is the same password when i log at the msn web site.  Hope the experts can see what i am doing wrong.  I have not been successful in getting to the mail.com's support telephone line. Thank u.

Perhaps I misunderstand, but I do not think you can collect MSN mail in Mail.com. You can collect other Mail.com accounts but not Yahoo or MSN so far as I know.

The collection of email would take place in Outlook.

Am I missing something?

in response to John, thank u.  Outlook, even the v 2013 has been a big disappointment to me, even with the technical support of level 3 technicians, in that they could not download all my emails, and everytime I load Outlook, it takes hours to download.  The techs tell me that i have too many folders, too many emails,  too many other programs, etc etc,, nothing but excuses but not fixes.  Thus, my switch to Mail.com to see if this will solve the problem.

I download from Mail.com into Outlook 2010 and 2013 without issue.

But if you use Mail.com as a Web Tool (log on and look at mail there), I don't think you can also collect MSN mail into it.

in response to John, i am trying to do the reverse, i.e. down load outlook 2013 into Mail.com: is this viable, since in Outlook 2013, it fails to download.  Let me see what tech support says when i contact them on Monday.
