Dear Experts,
Is there a way to view track changes in a word document without leaving the SharePoint online environment? I realise you can 'edit in Word' to view, however, the devices accessing the SharePoint doe not have MS Word installed.
Thanks in advance!

Track changes is available only with the full desktop client, not the Word Online app. Here's the relevant article: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/word-online-service-description.aspx

Not available in Word Online. Advanced collaboration features, such as turning on Track Changes and merge, compare, and combine documents, are only available in the Word desktop app. As expected, tracked changes appear in Word Online while in View mode.
