powershell script to export distribution list and count members

hi,

i have exchange 2013 server and i need a script to :

-export distribution list with option : "Sender inside and outside of my organisation" activated
-count the member of each distribution list (many list can have other list as member, so i need th e script count the members recursively)

if possible get the csv file like this:

displayname,email,memeber_count
group1,30
group2,2
....
