Recently set up a POP email account for a colleague on his Samsung Galaxy Ace. All has been well with it except that twice an email has arrived and the Inbox folder gets flagged with the usual bold “Inbox(1)”, but the email is not visible in the Inbox. So it’s as if it reached the device but something prevented it from actually being made available. Sure enough it has arrived in his email program on his PC. This has only happened with 2 emails over the last few weeks: all others have appeared correctly.
