Server 2008 not booting correctly

I have a server 2008 that is not a DC just a standalone server. The server lost power and ever since will not boot in normal mode, just hangs before the GUI is to display and nothing happens.
When rebooted, and safe mode selected, it boots to the GUI every time.

I have also discovered when pressing F8 and selecting the menu (Disable driver signature enrollment), the server can boot to normal mode with no issues. Seems to be able to reboot several times before having to press F8 and select the disable driver enrollment feature.

Any ideas how I can trouble shoot this or work out if it is a driver, which one?

Is this a DC or Exchange Server?

I would run the System File Checker tool:

Can you upload us:
%windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log
%windir%\logs\cbs\CheckSUR.log

Not a DC or exchange server. Just a member server, hosting hyper V running SBS server 2011.

SFC NO i havent run that - just started now - good thinking!

spoke too soon. booted up several times in a row, and now back to its old tricks.
Ill get some logs and post them soon
