Problem Exporting Users From PhP List

Hi Experts,

I am trying to export a list of users (email, lname, fname) from PhP List to an excel file.  I have a list of approx 4600 users, but only approx 1800 are being exported.  I believe the reason is because the PHP list export is not allowing me to choose a year prior to 2012 and many subscribers were imported from another list program in 2010.  How can I add the earlier years to the range dropdown or how can I bypass this entirely to export all users and their attributes?

I don't know much about PhP or SQL, but when I log into myPhpAdmin I am able to export all the users' emails, but don't know how to get their attributes (lname, fname) as well.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

phpMyAdmin will allow you to export all the data to a CSV file that Excel can read.  If you choose "CSV for Excel", it will export all the rows into a file.
