Your problems could be anywhere.. But here'sa couple of things to try<br />
- Use a differen HDMI cable<br />
- If you are streaming from network then try streaming locally to remove network throughput as a factor (it may have to buffer over the network..<br />
make sure you have no radio transmitting devices near your cable (phones etc)<br />

This should help you identify a possible cause. Also make sure the other HDMI cable you test with is of good quality.
