I dont have an idea what causing this, please help.

You may want to scan for malware with something like malware bytes. Check your Task Manager (right click clock)  to see what processes are taking up CPU & memory.

Did you look at the processes to see if something is keeping the PC busy?

Maybe this will help.

Cause
These problems are caused by a bad context menu handler. A context menu handler is a shell extension handler that adds commands to an existing context menu (Example: cut, copy, paste, print, Scan with Norton etc).

found the problem because of someone added the following in the registry thinking to boost the remote desktop performance but the result is bad

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\Min Send Interval
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\Order Draw Threshold
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\Keep Alive Interval
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\BitmapCacheSize
