Riverbed Steelhead CMC Question

Hello Experts,

This question is seriously for an expert that knows there way around Riverbed Steelheads.

I'm trying to add a virtual Steelhead appliance (VCX555H) to Riverbeds CMC (Central Management Console). However, each I time attempt to add the appliance I get the message:

Hi there.
Although i'm not an expert with this particular software package, this error message usually means that your license for running this program has expired or the other thing is that the software is not able to locate the license file.
your best bet is to check the conditions of your license, if it has expired then, of coarse re-activate. if not contact there support crew to try and find a resolution to your problem.
