I have the cups-pdf pdf printer installed under Ubuntu 14.  My PHP script generates a report, sent to my browser.  I can do a file->print->pdf and get a good pdf page, but the hyperlinks that are in the browser window are dead.  Is there a way to make the hyperlinks work?

Ghostscript seems to be Windows only, but Libreoffice has a linux version.  I'll give it a go.

I find that Libreoffice is not a utility for printing to a PDF out of my PHP script, but has a word processor that will print to a PDF.
