CCP and IOS upgrade

Is there a way I can actually update IOS on router via CCP?

If you click on File Management on the lower left you can browse the local flash on the router you want to upgrade and you should be able to upload the new IOS BIN file through CCP to that location and rename the existing BIN and reload the router.  That should do it.  If you don't have room on the local flash for both files you may want to download the current BIN before deleting it then upload the new BIN and reload.
