Hi Guys
I have a client who has advised they are receiving bounce backs when sending to certain addresses. Below is a copy of one of the bounce backs and from what I can see the issue appears to be related to SPF. I have checked their SPF record on MXToolbox and everything looks fine.

Your thoughts would be appreciated...

If you are facing issues where your outgoing Emails are consistently rejected by other servers or land up in Junk Email or SPAM folders of the recipient mail box, this test can help you in identifying the problems.

I've had to add host A records for emails addresses to the UK, and outside the US for obvious reasons. Spam filters have a hard time with the ongoing spam and network attacks. You either manually add the host A records and allow lists with your spam filters or this will likely continue to happen. On my clients that do international business I get with the IT on the receiving end to resolve, kind of a pain but the reality is there's not allot of international business (I can easily keep up with the manual config).

HI Guys...

Sorry for the delay coming back. We managed to resolve the issue, we found that the clients exchange server was configured to send via a SMTP relay. As soon as we changed the settings to use MX records the problem went away.

Thanks for all of your input on the case..
