How to open/edit Outlook 2013 template

I've found a billion how-to's on how to create and save an Outlook template, but nothing on how to open an existing template and modify it. How do I do this?

I have not done this, but the article below says that templates are in appdata\roaming\Microsoft\templates and that you can open a template in the New Items menu. So beside the New icon is the New Items icon. Pull it down, More Items and choose Form.

See if this works.

John Hurst: Wow! What a procedure. A simple user would never figure that out! So the whole thing is: Home > New Items > More Items > Choose Form > Look in: User Templates In File System. And there's my template!

@jmarkfoley  - Yes, the method is not completely obvious :)   Thanks.
