Server 2012 R2 fails after ReInstall (IDR). Server is a DC in a 2003-Domain with 2 2003 DC's

At Boot the following errors appear (among others):

Service NetLogon is paused
ADWS Event 1202 AD can not Service it
DFSR Event 1202 fails to conenct to to DC
DNS Event 4000 Uanble to open AD
GPO Event 1129 The processing of GPO fails because og lack of network connectivity.

Hope someone can give me a hint to cure this......

Was this DC ever working properly or did is fail during it demotion? Does this server have any FSMO roles assigned to it? If it does what you might have to do is Seize the roles (if any) to another DC and start over with a fresh install.

Thanks for the reply.
The DC worked fine for a couple of weeks.
Was also hosting WSUS, which suddenly stopped working, and I was not able to ReInstall WSUS.
So the AD-Sync, and GPO-Sync worked fine until the ReInstall.
No FSMO-roles assigned.

Seems like you have a lot of issues with this server and it would probably be best to demote it any re-promote it into the domain as a DC. If this DC did not hold any of the FSMO roles then this process would be pretty straightforward to demote and re-promote.

Demote Domain Controller
