ISS locale settings

Hej,

We have IIS 7.0.

The IIS server is hosting a number of web sites and the servers locale is Swedish.

We want to deploy and run an isapi dll that should use English (so we get the month names correct).  Is it possible to set this up on IIS?

So basically all but one application uses Swedish, the other uses English

Thanks.

This is how I would try to implement this:

1. create a new generic user account (local or domain, which ever is more appropriate)
1a. temporarily allow this account to logon to the web server
1b. login to the web server with this account and configure the Regional and Language Options that you want
1c. verify the time and date settings so they display the way you want
1d. logout
1e. remove the accounts right to log on locally
2. place this new user into a web server's local IIS_IUSRS group
3. create a new AppPool specifically for this website
4. configure the AppPool to run as the user account created in step 1
5. grant the account from #1 permissions to read the directory location of the files for the website
6. configure the website to use the new AppPool
7. test that only this website displays the month names as desired
