Hi Experts,

Hoping you can help me with this?

Does any one know of any power shell scripts that would allow me to recycle a specific app pools across a farm of servers. Namely in this instance, the farm of web servers are load balanced, the app pools belonging to an application and share the same name on each server

Kind Regards

There are different ways:

1.  Using PSEXEC, you could run the command "psexec \\iisserver c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\appcmd.exe recycle apppool apppoolname"
2.  Using PowerShell command "enter-PSSesiion -computername iisserver -credential username "appcmd recycle apppool apppoolname"
