Go to the Juniper web site, education, training, and look for the Fast Track program. This will give you free online training to JNCIA and JNCIS level - which is comparable to CCNA. This free training includes several books in PDF format, that you can download.

There are also several good, free, books in the DAY ONE series

If you want some real physical books, the O'Reilly books on Enterprise Routing, and Cookbook, are good starting points.

...and there is Junos for Dummies
