I have a Cisco ASA 5510 and I need to open firewall ports against an entire IP range for video conferencing.

Outbound UDP Ports 5000-5999
IP Range: 199.48.152.0/22

Thanks for the help.

outbound?

access-list outbound permit udp any 199.48.152.0 255.255.252.0 range 5000 5999

assuming your outbound ACL is called outbound (show access-group will tell you)
