Why I' getting IPv6 ip and Ipv4 but there is no scope in IPv6 from DHCP Windows 2008 server?

Why I' getting IPv6 ip and Ipv4 ip but there is no scope in IPv6 from DHCP Windows 2008 server?

Where IPv6 ip come from? When I do ipconfig /all it really shows my DHCP server.

Is it like with IPv4 when a nic can't get IP from DHCP it always give this kind of ip:169.254.x.x?

Could you share the snapshot of ipconfig/all.
Yes, 169.254 is APIPA.
