"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Those particular registry keys would imply you are deploying a non-sysprepped image. But in general, I don't recommend using WDS "alone" for deployment. Grab MDT. It can use WDS as the infrastructure backend, but it allows much greater flexibility. Including post-image scripting. So while in your instance I believe you could fix with WDS alone, with MDT, you could avoid that problem *and* add versatility.

Agreed - it looks very much like you're doing things in inappropriate/not-by-design ways.
