"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Please try the following commands

Get-ADUser -Filter {msRTCSIP-UserEnabled -eq $true} -Properties msRTCSIP-PrimaryUserAddress

You can do this using the following powershell script...

This will find users that are Enabled for Lync within a specific OU as you have requested.
import-module activedirectory
get-aduser -Filter * -SearchBase "OU=testou,dc=cplvpn,dc=com" -Properties msRTCSIP-PrimaryUserAddress, msRTCSIP-UserEnabled | ? {$_.msRTCSIP-UserEnabled -eq $true} | select name, msRTCSIP-PrimaryUserAddress

That should do it
