Exchange 2010 permission for HelpDesk members to add retention policy to users
Is there a way to give access to our helpdesk groups to add and change retention policies on the EMC?

What groups are you HelpDesk apart of? If they are apart of Recipient Management Group they should have access to retention policies on mailboxes.
