Lotus notes email code

In the file attached I have two names

DE MONTALIVET, Emmanuel
DAVIES, David B

The code picks up the pdf's (attached) and then sends out the mail

For some reason DAVIES, David B is not being picked up.

I have attached the file and the image of the pdf's, I see no reason why David Davies shouldn't be receiving his attachement?

Many thanks!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In your code...you need to change..

This...

 stfilename1 = str & " - Managed (Nov-14).pdf"
    stfilename2 = str & " - Booked (Nov-14).pdf"

Open in new window

To this...As you see you still picking up Nov-14 rather then jan-15 so that's why they not getting picked...

Revised code will become...

stfilename1 = str & " - Managed (" & Format(Cells(5, 15).Value, "mmm-yy") & ").pdf"
    stfilename2 = str & " - Booked (" & Format(Cells(5, 15).Value, "mmm-yy") & ").pdf"

Open in new window

Keep in mind if the name doesn't match the file won't get picked up so you need to ensure the name is right all the time...

Ahh my bad..May be i was looking an older file..

Now if you noticed in your code..you have this line...

stfilename3 = str & " " & Cells(5, 14).Value & " (" & Format(Cells(5, 15).Value, "mmm-yy") & ") - Booking .pdf"

Open in new window

Now if your notice in your attachment instead of booking you have booked as a result it's not able to find the attachment that you are looking for since their is a difference of the name...
