Are there any concerns with moving a CA from a 2003 to a 2012 server?

I have 2 2003 DC servers and one is the CA.  I want to move it to a 2012 server that is also a DC already.  I was going to use the document below:
https://smtpport25.wordpress.com/2010/01/16/migrating-windows-certificate-authority-server-from-windows-2003-standard-to-windows-2008-enterprise-server/

Should I be concerned about anything?  Are there better instructions to use?
