Migrating Certificate Authority from Windows 2003 Server to Windows 2012 Server are there any issues to be concerned about?

Are there any concerns with moving a CA from a 2003 to a 2012 server?

I have 2 2003 DC servers and one is the CA.  I want to move it to a 2012 server that is also a DC already.  I was going to use the document below:

Should I be concerned about anything?  Are there better instructions to use?

it's not that difficult, though i wouldn't use that guide because it's for 2008
i did a CA migration last year and had no issues

you should read through the migration guide; this is what i used
