I am receiving a Citrix Has Stopped Working error on a Windows 8.1 deployment.

The SelfService.exe is crashing with a BEX error. We have 2 identical deployments, one of them works, one doesn't.

Try to remove the receiver completely using this tool install the latest version of receiver and check.

What Sekar said. Also compare if the one not working has different MS updates.
