Outlook won't index with Windows seach function

I just upgraded a few Windows 7 Pro machines to Office 2013.  The search feature inside of outlook is working, but I cannot get Windows searching to find anything in outlook.  I've rebuilt the index multiple times, I've verified that Outlook is in the index locations in the Indexing options of Windows, and I've removed outlook and re-added it to the indexing a couple of times and it still will not work.  Does Outlook 2013 just not integrate with Windows search any longer?  I can't believe they would take that step, and even if they did, you would think the would be information about that all over the internet.  Any suggestions?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Just found the answer - Microsoft has Depreciated this function.  It is no longer included with 2013.  Unbelievable.
