Outlook appointments disappear after a couple of seconds of being made

Hi,

We have a client who creates appointments on shared calendars using Outlook 2013, but approx 2 seconds pass and they vanish.

I have made sure her user account has delegated permissions and other permissions for the calendars, I have also tried running a quick repair and online repair of Outlook, and also recreated her mail profile with no success.  If you log into OWA using her credentials and create appointments through that, it will work and they stay there.

this leads me to believe the problem lies within Outlook 2013 and maybe not her exchange account.  

Any advise would be appreciated, thanks

delegated permissions
delegating permissions can cause issues, you should only grant permissions through sharing. Please clarify if you delegated control, this should not be configured.

HI,

Yes you are right.. must be an OST issue..
 disable the cache mode > close outlook.> rename the .OST file > enable cached mode and then relaunch outlook.

This would simply create a new OST for that user..

GIve it a try and lets take it forward if this doesn't work.
