When an e-mail is opened from a published app using xenaapp 76, the web browser and internet connection for the VDA (application server) are used. These stresses bandwidth at all points. We want a link to be redirected to open using the clients local PC's web browser and local internet connection.<br />

With Citrix tech supports help we managed to set policies and registry entries to make this work in apps like MS word or note pad. Links in MS outlook however do not open using client resources, they still use the VDA connections.<br />

We cannot figure out why outlook does not use the same configurations as the other office apps and non Microsoft applications.<br />

I am hoping someone has run across this and can offer some help for a resolution.<br />
