How to properly migrate public folder replicas from exchange 2007 to exchange 2010
Hey there, I am trying to decommission a sbs2008 unit and have been migrating the exchange to a 2010 exchange box. I am down to the public folders and moving the replicas, however I cannot seem to get them to move.
I have been using procedures from these articles
https://www.simple-talk.com/sysadmin/exchange/upgrade-from-exchange-2007-to-exchange-2010---part-ii/
https://www.simple-talk.com/sysadmin/exchange/upgrade-from-exchange-2007-to-exchange-2010---part-iii/
However after I do the move all replicas command, I do not see them populating on the 2010 box. I tried to remove the public folders on the 2007 and I received the error that replicas still existed.
Anyone have a better laymans article (with screenshots would be cool) to perform this migration so I can be graceful on this demotion.
Thank you!
