Hi

Is it possible to set the row height of a ListView control or wrap text in a cell?

With a classic (not .net) ListView then yes to both and numbers of .net are just wrappers around the classic controls.
However it also meant you had to do ALL the drawing of the control yourself.  So set the OwnerDraw flag of the ListView to true and start writing lots of code.  ( Or do a search here or in the internet on 'OwnerDraw' + 'ListView' + '.net' )
