How Can I lock down a folder on my desktop so others cannot use

Last Modified: 2015-03-02
Have a bookkeepers office where everyone uses any computer.

All Computers are home premium 64-bit

one of the users wishes to Lock a folder on the desktop so that others cannot access
unless they put in a password.

NOTE: Owner does not want to create user logins and passwords she only wants
everyone to get on the computer and work.

Is there a 3rd party software that will allow me to do this?
