Folder redirection SBS 2011 Essentials

Hi all,

I'm trying to implement folder redirection in SBS 2011 Essentials. There is lots of material on the internet about doing this is SBS 2011, but not SBS 2011 Essentials.

Is it even possible?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, it seems this is geared toward SBS 2011 Std and not the "Essentials". Thus I don't really have access to the wizards, but I'll poke around and report back.
I downloaded and installed the "Windows 7 Professional Pack : SBS 2011 Essentials Add-in". After that, the folder redirection started happening automatically and magically! However, I do have a couple more questions:

- In SBS 2011 Essentials, where do I go to control this folder redirection?
- Also, I'm assuming the above add-in won't work for XP?

Thanks again.
Is this where I should be? Is this the Server's equivalent of "Control Panel" on a regular workstation?

Sorry for all the newbie questions, but I'm trying to bring myself up to speed.
So it looks like with an XP machine, folders don't automatically get redirected. But, it seems I can manually change the location of My Documents by right clicking and choosing properties:
