How do I turn on the web interface for a Cisco E2500?

I have inherited an account that has a Linksys Cisco E2500. I am unable to get to the router via the typical browser address and I suspect the old IT company may have disabled the web interface. I am a "gui" guy so am not familiar with the way to do this.
How can I turn the interface back on. What commands do I use?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

AFAIK that device does not have a command-line interface; it's GUI or nothing. It could have been set to only allow access from a particular address or on a particular IP:port combination. Try connecting to the device directly and going to the IP address of the device in your browser ( for example).
