Remove options from Lync 2013 Meeting Invites

Hello - For our Lync conference invites via Outlook, we only want our users to see 'Join Lync Meeting,' 'Join by Phone,' and the conference ID.  We need to strip out Find a local number; Forgot your dial-in PIN and English (United States), as well as our company logo.  I create a new conferencing policy based on our pool.  It can only remove our logo.
After a bit more digging, I just created a new meeting configuration based on our pool.  It removed our logo, but I still need to remove the 'Find a local number;' English (United States);' and 'Forgot your dial-in PIN.'  It is still present in the invites.

I found this link that shows you need to modify the meeting invite file for Outlook.  Looks like it’s a XML file that needs to be changed within Exchange:

Modify Lync 2013 Meeting invite via Exchange

Can anyone please tell me how to do this.,

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
