RDP stopped working

I have RDP setup on my server. It is running Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard. RDP suddenly stopped working and I have no idea what is going on. I have checked for viruses, ensured ports are opened, disabled firewalls and tested. Its a pretty simple connection. I have my ISP modem w/firewall>Server. Port forwarding is all setup and was working. Any ideas? Thanks!!!

Probably a silly question, but have you verified that the server ip has not changed?

What, if any errors, do you get when you try to connect to the server using RDP?
Are there any errors in the event log on either the server or the client PC at the time ?
Are the services for Remote Desktop Services running on the server?
What OS is the client PC?

Hi Saige, not a silly question. :) I have actually had that happen, even a static IP changing. That was a bigger issue though. I was able to confirm the IP is the same. I get the error saying the machine isn't on, the remote connection isn't setup, etc. Those 3 options. I don't see any errors in the event log. This is just a terminal server. Windows 7 Pro.
Have you verified whether you can RDP to the server internally?

Yes. From a local machine I can log into the server. I might reset my firewall/router to manufacturer settings and see if that works.
Before you do that, what is the make/model of your router?

-saige-
It is the Cisco RV120W Wireless-N VPN Firewall
