SCCM 2007 deployment failure in DMZ

I am having a problem deploying a script to servers in the DMZ.  Some servers work and some don't.  They are able to communicate to the site code just fine and ports appears to be open correctly.  The errors in the execmgr.log is below...  Any ideas?

IsNetResourceAccessible failed with error code 0x00000005
EnterRsRuningState failed to run script Restart1.1UnattendedForceRestart.bat 0x80008107      execmgr 3/2/2015 11:18:47 AM      12344 (0x3038)

These DMZ servers need to use the network access account because they may not be on the domain.

However, in this case all servers should fail. Still check if the Network access account is not locked etc.
