CSS Z-Index Issue

If you go to my page: http://23.101.151.179/index.php/store/29
Go to the bottom and click add to cart.  You will see a few Javascript Validation warnings popup on the page.  The problem is, they are messing up the layout of the page.  Is it a z-index issue?  I can't figure it out.  Thanks in advance.

It's already wrong because your 'help' text (hover over the '?') is stretching the layout and is partially off the screen on my computer.

But that does not address the validation warnings.

Actually it does.  Both effects are creating elements that open to the right of the main layout.  What is it you think should be happening?

Yeah, I see what you mean.  I changed it.  Thanks for the insight!
