Search in "old" logs Exchange 1020

I am in the need to search in older logs in Exchange 2010. This to track a message.

I have 30 days to keep logs and this is over 30 days. I have off course, backup of the entire server.

What is the best/quickest way to achieve tracking a message in older logs ?

Thanks

Hi, Thanks for your response.

The article gave much information on how to search and was indeed helpful, but it does not explain how to "import" old logs and perform searches in them.
