Unable to delete attached emails sent from photocopier

A user has many emails from his photocopier with an attached pdf file.

When he tries to delete, it says

"Cannot move items. The item cannot be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied."

He is the only user experiencing this, what can be the cause and how can I resolve it?

I have removed profile and create new profile and also gave his domain account full rights, but nothing happens.

Hi Thomas Zucker-Scharff, he is not. He is using a Canon Photocopier.

Hi Miguel Angel Perez Muñoz, I tried to find that in his computer registry but when I navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services, I do not see a folder named MSExchangeIS
